This week I have been doing some travelling. I was in New Orleans over the weekend for the first time. In the short time I was there, I can see what a beautiful city that really is. One thing that I really liked, from a retail prospective, is the Riverwalk Marketplace. It is a cool selection of national retailers and local merchants. There is a great balance there that I wish more malls could achieve. Too often they are so skewed towards the national retailers, driving out the local vendors/businesses by high rents.

Regular updates will resume over the weekend.
